Taking a Scenic Joyride: Speaking of great scenery, it’s hard to beat the fall foliage and the many waterfalls of the area while hugging the winding roads and stopping at overlooks. The falls are spectacular as the snow melts in the spring, and you can see some of the falls right from the roadside! Don’t miss the Kancamagus Highway. Mountain Biking/Road Cycling: If your partner’s idea of relaxing is getting their heart racing while exploring the hundreds of miles of biking trails and paved roads, you’ve hit the jackpot! Canoeing, Swimming, Fishing or Hunting: Speaking of the Great Outdoors, you’ve found it! There are lots of fish and game clubs as well as shooting ranges in the state.
